Receiving Your Watch from Signature Watches:
At Signature Watches we pride ourselves on providing our customers with world class customer service. For that reason, when you buy a watch from us we include free, insured, next day shipping for all watches sent within the United States (unless otherwise noted). The order cutoff for next day shipping is 1 PM ET Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
Once payment has been verified, your watch will be shipped fully insured for the purchase price of the watch. In order to protect your purchase, a signature is required for the package to be delivered.
Our policy requires us to ship merchandise to an address that is registered with your credit card company or PayPal. Due to insurance limitations we can not ship to PO boxes nor ship for "pick up" at fedex location. For an extra layer of security, we require that your package must be signed for by an adult.
We reserve the right to refuse to shipment to any location without prior notice.
Shipping Your Watch To Signature Watches:
Free, insured next day shipping is also provided for watches that you sell to Signature Watches. Once you accept our offer for your watch, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label.
How to Ship Your Watch:
- Print out your shipping label.
- Grab two new, sturdy boxes (double boxing is required for insurance purposes).
- Pack your watch along with all accessories (stickers, tags, warranty card, etc.), the original box and papers into the first box.
- Pack the inner box into the larger outer box.
- Tape the shipping label to the outer box.
- Schedule a pick-up or drop your package off at an authorized shipping facility.
All shipments to addresses outside the United States are charged $150 and are generally subject to duties, taxes (such as VAT), and other charges, as determined by the local jurisdiction.
The buyer pays all import duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are your responsibility.
Packages must clear customs and this will take a few days.
Most countries charge customs duties, taxes, and fees on items being imported from the USA. You are responsible to know your country’s importing laws and taxes.
Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Duties, taxes, and fees are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up and do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We declare all items as a “purchase” for the purchase price amount. We do not mark merchandise below value or mark items as “gifts” or “repairs”.
