How do you determine your prices?

In short, supply and demand is what dictates our prices. We use thousands of market data points to determine our prices. Hard statistics and dry facts is what determines our pricing - real world, factual data.

Are your watches 100% authentic?

We take great pride in our authentication process. Every watch sold on our site has gone through some of the most rigorous authentication and verification processes in the industry. Your watch is inspected for authenticity, performance and condition by an experienced team of Swiss watchmakers using cutting edge technology and the most modern equipment. Simply put, every watch we sell is 100% certified authentic.

If we do not pick up the phone when you call it means we are busy with previous callers. Please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Emails and calls left after business hours will be returned the following business day.

Do you sell my personal information to any 3rd parties?

Absolutely not. Your privacy is of our utmost concern and your personal information never gets passed on or sold to any 3rd party.

Is it safe to make such a large purchase online?

Absolutely. We use industry leading, military grade encryption on all of our checkout pages. We never store your credit card information and in fact never even see it. Checking out online is much safer than giving your card details over the phone or handing your credit card to a sales rep in a brick and mortar location.

Watch Buying

Where do your watches come from?

Our watches come from individuals who have sold us their watch through our website. Once we receive a watch we rigorously test it for authenticity, performance and accuracy. If a watch passes all of our inspections it then gets professionally serviced, packaged, and listed for sale on our site. We also have partnerships with some of the leading, most reputable wholesalers in the US and occasionally buy watches from them as well.

Will I get the watch’s original packaging and paperwork?

We try to provide the original box and papers for each watch we sell. However, because all of our watches are pre-owned by individuals, we can not guarantee the original box and papers for each watch we sell. Whether or not a watch for sale does or does not have the original box and papers will be clearly stated on the product page. Regardless of the box and papers, all of our watches are 100% authentic and have passed a multitude of authenticity verification procedures.

Do you sell brand new watches?

We only sell pre-owned certified authentic watches. You can read more about the benefits of buying “pre-owned” here.

Will my watch have the manufacturers warranty?

If a manufacturer warranty is attached to your watch then it will always belong to the watch itself. Some manufacturer warranties belong to an individual and then the warranty does not transfer ownership. Regardless if manufacturer warranty, every single one of our watches listed for sale comes with the Signature Watches one year warranty. You can rest easy knowing our team is always here to service your watch.

Are all of your sales prices final?

Due to the dynamic nature of market supply and demand our prices fluctuate on an ongoing basis. We have included a “make an offer” feature for each one of our watches for sale. If a watch’s listed price is out of your reach, you can always try to make an offer and see if we can match it. This is of course not guaranteed, but definitely worth a shot if a particular desired watch’s listed price is out of your budget.

Will I get a discount if I pay with a wire transfer?

Yes, paying via wire transfer gives you a 3% discount off of the listed price. Once the funds clear we ship out your watch.

What payment options do you offer?

You can pay by credit card or wire transfer. Paying by wire transfer grants you a 3% discount off the listed price. We also have financing options available which allow you to spread out payments onto 12, 24 or 36 months with very low rates. You can read more about our financing options here.

Watch Selling

Will you be providing me with a shipping label to send in my watch?

Yes, you will receive a Fedex shipping label from us via email as soon as you agree to our purchase offer.

How long is your purchase offer good for?

Our purchase offer is valid for 14 days.

What do you do with my watch after I ship it to you?

Once we receive your watch it undergoes an authentic verification process as well as performance and accuracy testing.

What happens if you find that something is wrong with my watch?

If there is an issue with your watch that was unknown or undisclosed during our correspondence we may need to send you an updated offer. You can then choose to either accept our new offer or have the watch shipped back to you. We ship the watch back to you at our expense.

Why do you need my ID?

NY state law requires us to collect your ID for transactions of this kind. We will not be able to purchase your watch if you do not provide us with your ID.

How do you determine the value of my watch?

We use a wide range of current and historical market date to determine the value of your watch. In order for us to provide you with an accurate quote we will need to know the brand, model, condition as well as review several pictures of your watch. You can fill out our quote request form here.

Shipping

How long after I place my order does my watch get shipped out?

We typically ship your watch within 2-4 business days after your order has been approved. This varies from watch to watch and will be clearly detailed on the product page.

What shipping company do you use?

Fedex is our exclusive shipping service provider.

Can I track my order?

Of course! you will receive a tracking number via email once your watch gets shipped.

Are you able to ship my watch to a PO Box?

Our insurance provider will not cover a watch that gets shipped to a PO Box. Therefore, We can not ship watches to a PO Box at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Your shipping is free! We provide free overnight shipping on all US based orders.

Can I place an order if I live outside the US?

We are able to ship to most countries all over the world. If you do not see your country during checkout it means we can not ship there. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges, import taxes, VAT and/or other additional fees. These additional charges are covered by you, the buyer. We cannot declare any item as a gift or reduce its stated value in order to decrease additional charges, that is against the law.
