Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Policy:

At Signature Watches your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse.

Prior to shipping the watch back you will need to contact us by email and request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number for your return.You will then get a fully insured shipping label from us so you can send the watch back.

The refund will be issued within 2-3 business days in the same manner payment was originally sent and after a successful inspection by our watchmakers.

As long as the safety seal is not broken and the watch is in the same condition it was shipped out to you with all accessories (boxes, tags, booklets & papers) and received in our office within 30 days from the day it was delivered to you then a full refund will be issued.

If the seal is broken or tampered with or if the watch is not in the same condition it was shipped out then a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

How to return or exchange an item?

In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number, please email support@signaturewatches.com with “RMA Needed” in thr subject line along with your order number.

Place the original package into a shipping carton. Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.
