At Signature Watches, we stand behind all of our watches with a 12 month warranty. If a watch we sell you should fail as a result of a manufacturer's defect at any time during the initial 12 months from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at absolutely no cost to you. The Date of Purchase is defined as the date on the bill-of-sale, sales receipt, or any dated document designated by Signature Watches as proof-of-purchase.
If your watch has any symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email. If it is determined by Signature Watches that a repair under warranty is required one of our trained watch professionals will direct you on how to proceed.
How do you obtain warranty service?
To obtain warranty service you must contact us either by email: email@example.com or by phone (855) 445-7940 during the Warranty Period to obtain a Defective Merchandise Authorization (“DMA”) number.
Restrictions and Conditions: What Is Not Covered.
Conditions apply to the Signature Watches 12 month limited warranty. The repair warranty does not cover parts that Signature Watches did not service, basic services on quartz watches, water damage, shock damage, all abuse, or any handling that exceeds the limits of a timepiece’s intended use. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Third-party performance of service, opening of a product, or addition of parts other than strap or bracelet components will void the Signature Watches 12 month limited warranty on pre-owned watches. Signature Watches will, at its sole discretion, determine the applicability of its warranty to each timepiece for which a warranty claim is lodged.
The Signature Watches warranty do not cover vintage watches. Due to the nature of vintage pieces, parts are not always available and cannot always be repaired.
